Louise has 12 years experience building mission-driven products, services and social ventures. She co-led Shift, a London-based social change agency and venture incubator where she has partnered with major UK charities, funders and housing associations. For the last few years, she has been researching and designing programmes for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
